History

The Law Office of Holly Rogers is a boutique estate planning and probate administration law practice that provides legal advice to clients in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Based in Pittsfield, MA, Holly has focused on estate planning and probate administration since 2007. Holly works directly with clients to assess their goals and dedicates herself to delivering the best possible outcomes for a worry-free tomorrow.

Holly Rogers

Holly Rogers has been an advocate for her clients since 1998. She works directly with clients to assess their goals and dedicates herself to delivering the best possible outcomes for a worry-free tomorrow.

Since relocating to the Berkshires in 2007, Holly has focused her practice on estate planning and probate administration for the peace of mind of individuals and their families. Holly is a strong advocate for responsible estate planning, including pets. She has been a guest speaker on the subject of estate planning for the National Council on Aging, Berkshire Humane Society and Berkshire County Estate Planning Council.  

Holly previously served as Berkshire County's Public Administrator and currently serves as a Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem in probate matters for the Berkshire County Probate and Family Court.

Holly is the past president and co-founder of the Berkshire County Estate Planning Council. She also served as chairperson of the board for the Council on Aging in Dalton and as president of Grow Dalton – a community organization. Holly also initiated and ran a free legal clinic at the senior center in Dalton.
